The man responsible for distributing Lil' Wayne's most recent record release has said that rumors that he bought extra copies of the artist's album in the first week to boost album sales are completely incorrect and are nothing but people trying to suggest that the real sales numbers of almost a million copies sold in one week were impossible. Sounding something like the tracks that might come out of a session with fruity loops, Birdman said that he does nothing more than "press and distribute 'em. Aint no need for me to buy 'em" when asked if he bought extra copies.
